How does it work?

1. The need arises When a maintenance appointment, breakdown or damage process starts, the need for a replacement vehicle is assessed automatically.
2. Allocation A suitable vehicle of the same or a similar class is identified; the delivery place and time are agreed with the driver.
3. Delivery The vehicle is delivered at a location close to where the driver is.
4. Return When your original vehicle is ready the swap is made; the replacement is collected by us.
