From the moment of the accident to the return of the repaired vehicle, we run the whole process on your behalf.
In a fleet, an accident — whether a minor body scratch or a major incident — creates a heavy operational burden: the accident report, the insurance file, the assessor, workshop follow-up, a driver stranded on the road. We run this entire process.
All your driver has to do is call us at the scene. Every following step — collecting the paperwork, the insurance and assessor process, following up the repair and getting the driver back on the road — is organised by Leader Fleet.
